Apple devices do not run APK files, so there is no “Vonwik APK for iPhone”. You install a player from the App Store and log in with the same Vonwik details.
Which player on iPhone and iPad
| Player | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Smarters Player Lite | Free | Same app as the Android version, Xtream Codes login, works on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon |
| IBO Player Pro | About $10 per device | Nicer guide and picture; Vonwik activates it at half price on plans over one month (details) |
| GSE Smart IPTV | Free with ads | Older interface, accepts Xtream Codes and M3U |
Set up Smarters Player Lite
- Open the App Store, search Smarters Player Lite and install it.
- Open it and accept the terms. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Type any name, then your username, password and the server URL with its port from the Vonwik access email.
- Tap Add user. Live TV, Movies and Series appear as three tiles.
Details on each field and every error: app login.
Apple TV
The Apple TV App Store has IBO Player Pro and a few free players. Install one, open it, and add your playlist: IBO shows a device ID and key on its first screen; type them on the IBO activation page or send them to Vonwik for the half-price activation. Free players take the Xtream Codes details directly.
Watch on the TV from an iPhone
- AirPlay: start a channel in the player, open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring and choose the Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible TV (most Samsung, LG and Roku TVs since 2019).
- Cable: a Lightning or USB-C to HDMI adapter mirrors the phone to any TV.
- Better: a Fire TV Stick in the TV’s HDMI port is cheaper than most adapters and runs the player itself. Firestick guide.
Mac
On a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer), the iPad version of Smarters Player Lite installs from the Mac App Store. Intel Macs can run the web player of any provider or a Windows/Android emulator; most customers plug a Fire TV Stick into the monitor instead.
